Who We See

Neurodivergent Adults

Seeking 1:1 help with managing ADHD, Autism or AuDHD, capitalizing on strengths and understanding more about their unique presentation. Altering environments to remove roadblocks and allow you to better adapt to the world around you!

Post Concussion or Brain Injury

Promote recovery and symptom management after a concussion or mild traumatic brain injury.

Provide support for accommodations or help with creating a gradual return to work plan after being on a medical leave.

NB: We do not treat MVA clients requiring OCF 18 treatment plans.

Learn about our services

  • 60 minutes virtual session | $155

    60 minutes in person session | $165

  • Virtual session hosted by an OTA | $45/hour

    Based on the principle of mirroring, it can help you stay focussed, improve your mood and boost motivation

    For current clients who are seeing an OT or Social Worker, this session can be an add-on to your treatment and submitted to your extended health benefits provider

  • Fee | $395 includes

    60 minutes on-site at workstation

    Travel to worksite or home in Greater Toronto Area

    Immediate changes and interim accommodations to current workstation

    Ergonomic Assessment Report outlining changes made to current set up and outstanding recommendations

    Product recommendations will be linked

    1 follow-up email with the client to review changes

  • Customizable, interactive 1 hour workshop that provides attendees with an understanding of ergonomics, risk factors in the work environment and how to set up your workstation to fit your body’s needs.
