Jules doing some printing and drawing at Williamson Ravine
Scribble Squad
Printing development led by OTs Individual or Group Format
Our Mission
The focus of our Printing Clinics is on letter formation, spacing and size.
We use the “Learning without Tears” handwriting curriculum, a multi-sensory and developmental approach that promotes learning how to write the letters.
How we incorporate Nature
Outdoor nature activities or Indoor nature items will be used to foster development of foundational handwriting skills including fine motor, gross motor and motor planning. Think animal walking, packing snow, hanging from branches, etc. or indoors we may bring in the snow, paint pinecones, practice writing in the sand with sticks, etc.
Who should attend?
Suitable for kids with letters that are:
sloppy, messy and difficult to read
too big or too small
spaced unevenly or running into one another
written backward or upside down
Ages 4 through 8 years
