Our Team
Regan Schirripa, OT Reg. (Ont.)
I am an occupational therapist with over five years of experience supporting children, youth, adults, and families in community and mental health settings. My approach is strengths-based and collaborative, with a focus on helping people feel more confident and supported in their everyday lives. I believe therapy should be grounded in strategies that are meaningful, sustainable, and tailored to each person’s goals and experiences.
Pediatric Clients
I support children and youth with self-regulation, sensory processing, handwriting, executive functioning, and social-emotional development through one-on-one therapy and nature-based groups. I have experience working with children and teens with ADHD, autism, sensory and learning differences, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, meaning I focus on understanding and supporting each child’s unique strengths, needs, and ways of experiencing the world.
Adult Clients
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, emotional regulation challenges, and life transitions. I integrate approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to help clients better understand themselves, build coping tools, and navigate everyday challenges with greater resilience.
I also have a special interest in working with individuals experiencing psychosis. I have worked for several years in early psychosis intervention and community mental health settings. I have supported people living with schizophrenia spectrum disorders and other severe and persistent mental health conditions using a compassionate, recovery-oriented approach.
Outside of work, I enjoy cuddling with my cat, reading, swimming, and travelling.
