Feeling mentally overloaded, constantly distracted, emotionally reactive, or exhausted from trying to “keep up”?

The ADHD Summer Reset is a small-group OT program designed to help adults with ADHD slow the mental noise, strengthen attention, reduce overwhelm, and build practical regulation strategies that actually fit real life.

You’ll learn ways to:

  • Improve focus and follow-through

  • Reduce overwhelm and mental clutter

  • Respond more calmly under stress

  • Strengthen emotional regulation

  • Build sustainable routines and recovery habits

  • Learn strategies that work with an ADHD brain—not against it

Art-Based OT Group for Neurodiverse Adults
