Lily is a new Occupational Therapist Assistant at Davis Occupational Therapy. She first joined Davis in 2023 through volunteer work at Larchwood Camp, where she was introduced to nature-based occupational therapy techniques and developed a passion for supporting neurodiverse youth. A recent 2025 graduate from Dalhousie University, Lily holds an undergraduate Psychology degree with a minor in Philosophy, and plans to pursue a Masters degree and eventual career in psychotherapy. Since her degree Lily has also completed an internship with an academic and life coaching company for neurodiverse persons, where she learned further how to best offer genuine and individualized support. She views her academic training, internship experience, and OTA practice altogether as working hand-in-hand, giving her both the knowledge base and practical experience to empower her clients while preparing her for her future as a therapist.

Being a neurodivergent person herself, Lily also brings lived insight to her practice. She is dedicated to creating safe, affirming spaces where individuals of all ages can explore their areas of growth, build desired skills, and be celebrated for showing up authentically. She prioritizes emotional regulation and meaningful connection, believing that therapeutic growth happens best in environments rooted in trust. An avid hiker, camper, and outdoors lover, she values the role that nature can play in supporting well-being and views it as a natural complement to OT practices.

Lily supports clients ages 5-17 and adults, and looks forward to continuing further work with Davis OT.

She is also currently offering Body Doubling Sessions.
