Teen Executive Skills Series
Practical, individualized support for teens who struggle with organization, planning, motivation, time management, task initiation, and follow-through.
Ideal for teens with ADHD or a learning disorder.
Why we created this new program
Our Teen Executive Skills Series helps teens move from assessment to action by identifying their executive functioning strengths and challenges, then building practical tools that support school, home routines, independence, and confidence.
This service is ideal for teens who may:
feel overwhelmed by school tasks or assignments
struggle to get started or finish tasks
have difficulty managing time, materials, or routines
need support with planning, organization, or follow-through
benefit from ADHD-informed or neurodiversity-affirming strategies
How the Program Works
Discovery Call and Intake
Families begin with a discovery call with Emily, Registered Occupational Therapist, followed by completion of intake forms.
Executive Skills Assessment
Your teen will complete a standardized executive functioning assessment with an OT. Families receive a brief report, individualized treatment plan, and a 20-minute parent feedback call.
Skill-Building Sessions
The package includes 4 × 74 minute private treatment sessions with an Occupational Therapy Assistant, supported by OT oversight and ongoing monitoring. Teens receive a workbook and customized tools designed to help strategies carry over into real life.
