Taryn Kieller, OT Reg. (Ont.)

Taryn is a registered Occupational Therapist passionate about helping adults live with greater ease, balance, and authenticity. She holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from the University of Guelph.

As a neurodivergent person, Taryn is committed to strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming care. She works collaboratively with clients to explore how their brains and bodies function, celebrate individual differences, and develop practical strategies that support daily life. Her approach emphasizes creating spaces where adults can show up authentically, reconnect with meaningful activities, and build sustainable routines.

Taryn supports adult clients in areas such as emotional regulation, executive functioning, sensory processing, and navigating burnout. Her work is also informed by her involvement in neurodiversity-affirming research on autistic burnout, inertia, meltdowns, and shutdowns (BIMS), including co-creating the resource www.bimslab.ca.

In her free time, Taryn loves hiking, camping, rock climbing, and spending time with her golden retriever, Promise.
