Stephanie (she/her) is a registered Occupational Therapist who loves nature-based play! She holds a background in Kinesiology from Queen’s University and completed her Master’s of Occupational Therapy at the University of Ottawa.
Pediatric Approach
Stephanie has experience providing client-centred, and collaborative care to a wide range of children, including those with autism, ADHD, PDA, Down Syndrome, and learning disabilities. She is passionate about reducing barriers to play and takes a neuro-affirming, family-centred approach to help every child participate in activities that are meaningful to them. Stephanie supports children with emotional regulation, executive functioning, self-care, and both fine and gross motor challenges by building on their strengths and weaving their interests into creative, playful activities that help kiddos reach their goals.
Adult Approach
Stephanie has experience delivering client-centred, collaborative care to a diverse range of adult clients, including individuals with autism, ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, and other mental health and neurodevelopmental needs. She supports clients in building skills related to executive functioning, establishing sustainable routines, strengthening self-regulation, and navigating burnout.
Her approach is grounded in therapeutic active listening and motivational interviewing, with a strong emphasis on collaboration. Stephanie works alongside clients to co-create meaningful, individualized treatment plans, empowering them with practical tools and strategies to navigate daily challenges with greater confidence. She is also able to offer services in English, French, and Mandarin.
In her free time, you can find Stephanie biking, rock climbing or doing yoga!
